Perfect Sound Quality!!!!

I have constructed a new methodology for recording sound for my flash videos and such so there shouldn't be any reason for bad sound quality in any thing I make any more and in fact I'm going to go back and fix a few that had bad sound quality... 
Don't do anything stupid...Because I'm the Admin...So its like I'm Watching you...all the time.
